About us

ClearBank was built on the belief that banking infrastructure should enable progress, not slow it down. Our clients, from fintechs and digital asset businesses to banks and financial institutions, use our technology and APIs to power innovative banking and payment propositions.

But we wouldn’t be ClearBank without our people. They’re what powers our technology and the reason we love what we do every day. We’re a group of ambitious, curious people who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. We believe in fairness, autonomy and choice, empowering our people with the tools and opportunities to learn, grow and contribute to the success of ClearBank and our clients.

About you

You’ll be joining the Product team as a Product Manager – Cross-Border Payments & Digital Assets, reporting to the Head of Product, Cross-Border Payments and Foreign Exchange.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape ClearBank’s next generation of international payments and digital asset propositions.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager who can operate at the intersection of cross-border payments, banking infrastructure and digital assets. You’ll help develop propositions that enable our clients to move money internationally through both traditional payment infrastructure and emerging digital asset and stablecoin rails.

You’ll be comfortable taking complex opportunities from discovery through to launch, working across Product, Engineering, Operations, Treasury, Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk and Commercial teams.

You’ll combine strong customer understanding with commercial and technical thinking, translating market opportunities and complex payment flows into scalable products that solve genuine customer problems.

You will be

As Product Manager, you’ll own key initiatives across cross-border payments and digital assets, helping define the product strategy, roadmap and delivery priorities.

You’ll work closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams to understand customer problems, define requirements and take new capabilities from discovery and design through delivery, pilot and commercial launch.

Within cross-border payments, this could include capabilities covering international payment corridors, payment providers and networks, multi-currency payment flows, FX-enabled payments and alternative payment rails.

Within Digital Assets, the role will contribute to developing propositions including stablecoin payments, stablecoin minting and redemption, fiat-to-digital-asset connectivity, custody and tokenisation opportunities

A major part of the role will be connecting these two worlds and exploring how emerging digital asset infrastructure can complement traditional correspondent banking and payment networks to deliver faster, more efficient and scalable global payment propositions.

You’ll also work directly with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to validate propositions and ensure they are commercially viable, operationally scalable and aligned with ClearBank’s risk and regulatory requirements.
